Breaks for sunsets, kangaroo scouting, and a general monitoring of the entrances and exits of a giant Huntsman spider on the wall. (think: Australian tarantula.)
We drove four and a half hours. We’ve seen a bounty of spiders, a faraway kangaroo, a dead kangaroo, strange birds, and a bright red centipede. My governing philosophy: Toxic Until Proven Otherwise.
